  • Daniella Weinberg is a public relations executive and founder of DW Public Relations. Ms. Weinberg’s practice includes brand development, corporate narratives and sustainability focused communications for Fortune 500 and small businesses including design, hospitality and luxury consumer brands. She grew up in Wynnewood, was lifer at Friends’ Central School and after 16 years of living and working in Manhattan, NY, lives in Merion with her husband, Lower Merion native Mitchell Cooper. She currently serves as the Chair of the Communications subcommittee for the Democratic Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth and is the township liaison and President of the Anthwyn Farms Preservation group.

  • Dr. Diana Morgenstern is a nearly life-long resident of Lower Merion Township. By trade, she is a general internist whose varied career includes clinical practice, medical education, medical communications, and medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a clinical appointment at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University where she teaches medical residents. By passion, Diana is a musician with an interest in a broad range of vocal music. She performs with local choirs, in informal a cappella groups and as an individual artist. She is excited to help bring new cultural life to the Bala Avenue corridor.

  • Marjorie Ochroch is a corporate and transactional attorney with vast experience as counsel to

    emerging and mid-sized businesses in a wide array of industries. After graduating from Villanova

    Law School, Marjorie worked for Clark Ladner Fortenbaugh & Young as a commercial litigator

    specializing in products liability. Thereafter she cultivated her transactional and corporate

    governance skills as General Counsel to Mondre Energy, Inc. She then enjoyed a faculty position at

    the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, as a Lecturer in the Small Business Clinic. Inspired

    by her tenure at Penn, Marjorie set out on her own in 2006 specializing in representation of small

    and emerging business enterprises. Since then, she has been representing start-ups, emerging

    companies, and mid-sized businesses in the greater Philadelphia area as fractional counsel

    successfully managing complex transactions and guiding her clients towards growth. Her expertise

    spans corporate, transactional, regulatory and governance matters, with a focus on healthcare,

    medical device, and sustainability. Marjorie has lived in Bala Cynwyd with her husband and three children for twenty-six years. Her children all attended Lower Merion public schools and she has been active in the community. Marjorie serves as Secretary to Bala Avenue of the Arts, Inc. and has been providing pro bono legal services the organization. She is passionate about cultivating an arts and cultural center on Bala Avenue to enhance the community and create a compelling destination for the neighborhood.

  • Aaron Gross is a real estate attorney and president of the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd. As general counsel for a private RE investor, Aaron handles all legal matters pertaining to the management, acquisition, and development of over 80 properties located in Philadelphia, the Philadelphia suburbs, South Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

  • Gilda L. Kramer, Esq. is an experienced attorney with her firm Gilda L. Kramer & Associates, LLC. Ms. Kramer practice includes commercial, employment, personal injury, and real estate litigation. Currently serving as Lower Merion Commissioner for Ward 13, Ms. Kramer and her husband, Sam Adenbaum, have lived in Bala Cynwyd for nearly 30 years and are long-time members of the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd and supporters of the Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail.

  • David McComb, Esq. is a longtime resident of Bala Cynwyd, and an attorney who practices employment and commercial litigation with a Center City law firm. Mr. McComb currently serves as a Lower Merion Township Commissioner for Ward 9 in Bala Cynwyd and is a former Lower Merion Shade Tree Commissioner.

  • Roberta Fallon and her husband, Steve, have made their home in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, for three decades. In 2003, she co-founded Artblog, an online arts and culture review publication that garnered accolades from Art in America and was a finalist for the Warhol/Creative Capital Arts Writers Award. As an artist and writer, she served as the art critic for Philadelphia Weekly from 1999 to 2011, wrote the Philadelphia Story column for Artnet from 2000 to 2005 and have had numerous reviews and features published in the Philadelphia Inquirer and national art publications. In her role as Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Editor of Artblog, she has played a pivotal role in the organization's advancement, securing grants from esteemed institutions such as the Knight Foundation, Fels Fund, PA Council on the Arts, and The Philadelphia Cultural Fund. She spearheaded innovative projects, including Artblog Radio, The New Art Writing Challenge, and The Artist and Social Responsibility Project, fostering engagement and dialogue within the arts community. Collaborating with community art centers like Taller Puertorriqueño and Asian Arts Initiative, she co-created Look/Draw/Write workshops. Ms. Fallon served as President of the Artblog Board from 2010 to 2017 and remains an active member. She is honored to contribute to the Bala Avenue of the Arts Board.

  • Val Rossman has been working as a professional artist for over 30 years. She has won several prizes, including the Award for Excellence at The State Museum of Pennsylvania, and at the Cheltenham Art Center Annual Painting Show. In addition, she has been on the faculty of Main Line Art Center for the past 22 years as a teacher of abstract art and now teaches at Wayne Art Center and Woodmere Art Museum. She has lectured at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and done a workshop at the River Arts Center in Vermont.

    Rossman’s work has been collected by both individual and corporate clients in the U.S. and abroad. Some of these include Blue Cross of Greater Philadelphia, AT&T, United Pacific Life Insurance, MasterCard International, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Bank, Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and Hebrew University.

    Val Rossman has been creating drawings and paintings in her studio in Philadelphia for the last 30 years. Her work has gone through various stages, however, her wonderful sense of color combined with a lyrical and often whimsical mentality have always infused her drawings with a lush and personal aura. The combination of rich and unexpected hues and gestures with sometimes questioning formats give the work an unforgettable presence.

  • George Manos, is a professional photographer and architect. He also served as a Lower Merion Commissioner from Bala Cynwyd until 2019.

  • Laura Banchero has been a resident of Bala Village since 2012 and is currently on faculty at The Rock School for Dance Education, an internationally renowned ballet conservatory in Philadelphia PA. Ms. Banchero is an active volunteer within the Lower Merion School District, having chaired their Interschool Council’s Mini Grants Program and Communications committee. She has also served on Cynwyd Elementary, Bala Cynwyd Middle School, Lower Merion High School and Harriton High School’s Home and School Associations. Ms. Banchero is an active volunteer with Main Line Reform Temple’s Sisterhood and a supporting member of the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd, the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, the Lower Merion Historical Society and the Democratic Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth. She enjoys attending events at the Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center, where her husband Ryan Fleur serves as Executive Director.

  • Rachel Perlman is a long-time resident of Bala Cynwyd for more than 30 years with her husband David. Ms. Perlman currently works for Stifel Financial in Conshohocken as Director of Fixed Income Sales and has been in the financial services industry since 1986. In 2015, she founded the Municipal Bond Women’s Forum, a national mentoring organization with members from all facets of the Municipal bond industry. She was recently elected as a board member of the Bridlewild Trail Association in Gladwyne. Rachel is passionate about the Bala Cynwyd community and would love to see the transformation of Bala Avenue as an outgrowth and connection to the incredible asset of the Cynwyd Trail. She feels The Arts have a way of bringing people and businesses together while maintaining a vibrant community!

  • Adam Lesnick is a lifelong resident of Lower Merion currently living in Merion Station. He has extensive experience in the arts and non-profit sectors having spent time as a performer, teacher, administrator, researcher, and grant-writer. Over the past decade, Mr. Lesnick has focused on making performing and visual arts more accessible to much wider audiences throughout Philadelphia, and to developing partnerships between different artistic disciplines. He currently serves as Executive Director for Orchestra 2001 for 13 years, which performs in over 30 of Philadelphia’s 48 zip codes. As a founding member of the Cherry Street Pier artist cohort, he has learned first-hand how diverse artists, businesses, and communities can adapt even the most unlikely spaces and structures to present meaningful arts experiences.
